Are the thin hard breaksticks ... sort of like melba toast? or the breakstick that is like a piece of bread (like the length of a hot dog but thinner)

Some folks use what are called grissini. I use the crisp bread crackers, Wasa brand but I don't know if they have the brand where your at so any brand will do.. However make sure to read labels some of them put sugar in. Even the Wasa brand has some with and some without which we weren't aware until we started doing the diet.

If all you have is what you described I would say it the thin hard bread sticks. But like I said just make sure they don't have sugar in them.

I found the Melba toast without sugar, the serving size is 3 pieces = 60 calories. Are we to have 1 piece (which looks like a half of a small piece of bread) or the 60 calorie serving?

The 60 calorie serving should be fine
