When I first was told about the diet, I was super skeptical. Couldn't possibly be healthy, you'd be starving, thoughts like that. My husband started the diet and wasn't famished. He wasn't tired, he felt good, and he was losing weight fast! I decided to try it, still with a bit of doubt about certain aspects of it. I feel great & have so far had amazing results. I lost 30 pounds on my 1st round! I have never lost more than 8 pounds on any other diet I've tried! I'm just finishing up my 3rd week of "stabilization" ( you can go 3 weeks instead of 6 on the homeopathic) and have not regained. I have even had some minor cheats, a couple of Oreos & a bit of Ice Cream, with no negative results. The major thing I noticed with the cheats, is that it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. No big deal really. I'm looking at food differently now.

I was also told that many women continued to take the HCG while on their cycle ( you are supposed to stop shots or sublingual at this time, not set in stone with the homeopathic). Not to get into gory detail, but normally that time is pretty torturous for me flow & cramp wise. Piece of cake! Nothing an aspirin or 2 didn't cure.

Let me know what you think ;)

I, too, was pretty skeptical and wasn't interested in trying this because of the extremely meticulous nature of the protocol. However, I was amazed to see how much my friends and family members were losing while reportedly feeling fine, not missing out on the "good stuff". I thought, what the heck, the diet is temporary and the weight reportedly stays off, so I'll try it. I am amazed at the results! I feel fine diet-wise, I don't feel deprived or hungry, I've noticed I feel more energetic, my skin is starting to look better and the pounds are peeling off! I haven't noticed any side-effects. I've lost 21 pounds so far and still counting.

That is great, good job! I have personally lost 56 pounds total. I am on round 2. I lost 40 pounds my first round and have lost 16 pounds and counting on the second in about 2 1/2 weeks. I started out weighing 255. I broke under 200 pounds for the first time in years yesterday but it was at 199 1/2 LOL! Today I am 198 1/2 So I am very happy. My goal is 170.

Keep up the good work!

Blayne
