 Post subject: Chicken/shrimp Salad

Just had it this morning emmmm.
Ingredients:

Fresh lettuce picked form the garden. 4 types of lettuce, Salad bowl, Black Seed, Paris Island and Romain. Of course you can substitute what ever you like or have available from the store or garden. You can go big on the lettuce because most people do not eat enough veggie calories anyway and the lettuce has lots of air space.

Spices (to taste):

Garlic powder
Oinion Powder
Chili powder
Salt and pepper

Again use what spices you like.

2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar

Pre-cooked and refrigerated Shrimp or chicken in the appropriate amount (in my 85 grams chicken, 70 grams for Shrimp)

Toss and enjoy!
