Weight Med And the HCG Diet

Mediral Weight Med is a non-HCG formula that can be taken with HCG or on its own. It is an appetite suppressant and metabolic enhancement. It can also be used with the HCG Diet and it is very effective and complementary. Also it can be very helpful for the maintenance period of the HCG diet and even when completely done with the HCG Diet for appetite control. For those who cannot take HCG for what ever reason it can be used in its own right for weight loss.

Weight Med Without the HCG Diet

If used alone there is no need for a 500 calorie diet as with the HCG Diet. Still it is wise to eat a healthy balanced diet and limit calories to 1000 for average women and 1200 for average men. My wife and I have personally tried Weight Med and have been very pleased with the results and very effective appetite control. We have tried it both on and off the HCG diet and it is very affective appetite suppressant and weight loss enhancement.

While on the HCG Diet take about 7-10 drops of each waiting about 15 to 20 seconds between the two every 4 hours 3 times a day.

Non HCG Diet for Weight Med

While foods would be similar or the same as the HCG diet a recommended diet for Weight Med by itself might be something like this:


Approximately 100 grams of protein for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Chicken, turkey, lean beef, Fish (white and albacore tuna), Shrimp, Lobster, 3 egg whites with one whole egg or just five egg whites, non-fat cottage or ricotta cheese,


Eat all you want from the vegetable list. Mixing veggies is ok.

Asparagus, Broccoli, Lettuce, Cauliflower, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, peppers, celery, cucumber, chicory, green beans, mushrooms, radishes, spinach, swiss chard, zucchini or any low glycemic veggie


One serving of any kind of fruit three times a day. With meal or as a snack in between meals

Cherries, berries, apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears, peaches, nectarines. Apricots, kiwi, plums cantaloupe, watermelon, banana, Mixing fruits is ok


We recommend the Wasa brand Crisp breads, but Melba toast and Grissini can be used, however, read labels for added sugars fats and and oils. If you must have regular bread no more then one slice a day and whole grain natural, preferably toasted. WE recommend Dave’s Killer Bread if you must eat bread.


natural: Stevia, Blue Agave nectar, Xylitol,

Artificial sweeteners can be used but are not recommended

Don’ts or Very littles
Little or no grains, starches, dairy, Legumes, no added sugars and fats. If you must have beans or potatoes limit them to once a week. Or have a free day once a week where you can eat what you want but get back to the diet right away.


All the seasoning’s you like

Drink lots of fluids! I found herbal teas really helped a lot and were more satisfying then straight water…

Stay away from processed foods and eat organic as much as possible. Stay away from White flour, processed sugars, and especially corn syrup. Read labels it is in everything. Drink 100% juices instead of sodas. Coffee is ok but the caffeine is diuretic and will dehydrate you so drink extra water.

You know your body better then anyone else listen to it and listen to your intuition… And of course regular exercise is always good even if it is just regular walks.
